2025 STEM Innovation Forum
Innovation Showcase Submissions
Building on last year's successful poster sharing session, we are inviting all Forum participants to participate in this year’s Innovation Showcase, an opportunity for every participating organization to share their success.
This is your opportunity to showcase successful strategies, partnerships, and programs that are shaping the future of STEM and strengthening talent pipelines across the United States.
What Should I Showcase?
- Your poster should showcase a specific practice or program that measurably improved outcomes for students, educators, industry, and/or communities.
- An effective poster can stand on their own and spark conversations, future collaborations, and help scale ideas to new audiences.
- Presentations must be educational in nature — no sales pitches or promotional content.
When pulling your poster together we would like you to consider the guiding questions below:
- “How did this effort support partnerships between employers and educators?”
- "What are the outcomes of this project or initiative? What difference did it make, and for whom?"
- “Did this effort overcome shared challenges? If so, how did stakeholder groups find common ground?”
