Innovation Showcase
Innovation Showcase Submissions
The Innovation Showcase is an opportunity for Forum participants to highlight successful strategies, partnerships, and programs that are helping shape the future of STEM and strengthen talent pipelines across the United States. This poster session typically features posters showcasing a specific practice, initiative, or program that has demonstrated positive outcomes for students, educators, industry, and/or communities.
What Should I Showcase?
While Learning Sessions dive deep into a single topic through panel or presentation format, the Innovation Showcase invites you to visually share your program, research, or initiative in a more interactive, one-on-one setting — offering a complementary way to spotlight your work and connect with attendees. An effective poster can stand on their own and spark conversations, future collaborations, and help scale ideas to new audiences.
Presentations must be educational in nature — no sales pitches or promotional content.
As you consider submitting, ask yourself:
-
Does your program, research, or initiative address one or more of the Forum's core themes — AI-Ready Learning, Career-Connected STEM Pathways, Building Stronger Partnerships, or Preparing for Emerging Technologies Beyond AI?
-
Can you point to measurable outcomes or early evidence of impact on student, learner, or workforce readiness?
-
Does your work involve collaboration across sectors — schools, higher education, industry, nonprofits, or government — that others could replicate or adapt?
-
What would attendees walk away with after viewing your poster: a new strategy, a partnership model, a resource, or a lesson learned they could apply in their own context?
