The STEM Innovation Forum is a two-day national gathering that brings together leaders from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, K-12 and postsecondary institutions, and nonprofits to align around a shared vision for a diverse, sustainable STEM workforce.

Our nation faces ongoing challenges in meeting the demand for STEM talent. The Innovation Forum is designed to unite leaders from across the STEM education and workforce ecosystems to share, explore, and advance sustainable strategies for support of STEM education and career pathways.
Over the course of two dynamic days, attendees will engage in:

Now Accepting Learning Session Proposals
Learning Sessions are 40-minute, high-impact breakout conversations designed to inspire action. Presenters engage the audience through a 30-minute panel or presentation followed by interactive Q&A, offering attendees concrete tools, replicable practices, and fresh perspectives they can take back to their own organizations and communities. We welcome proposals that bring schools, colleges and universities, industry, nonprofits, and government together to achieve shared goals. Priority will be given to sessions that combine AI integration within current education or workforce development best practice.

TRAVEL INFORMATION / hotel details
The event will be held at the Texas Women's University Student Union, Hubbard Hall, in Denton, Texas. The nearest airport is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), which is roughly 30-40 minutes' drive, depending on time of day.
We have secured a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites ‑ Denton Convention Center, conveniently located across the street from the event venue.
