Bennett Borden is a globally recognized authority on the legal, technological and policy implications of artificial intelligence. As a partner and Chief Data Scientist in Big Law, he has worked in machine learning and AI for 25 years. Bennett is an expert on AI regulation and compliance, and founded Clarion AI Partners to help all organizations harness the elevating power of AI.
D’Andre J. Weaver, Ph.D
D’Andre J. Weaver, Ph.D. is a former public school teacher, principal, senior leader, and superintendent, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Powerful Learning Officer (CPLO) at Digital Promise Global. He is dedicated to advancing digital equity and learner-centered approaches, overseeing initiatives like the Verizon Innovative Learning Schools (VILS) program. His leadership has consistently improved student outcomes, district ratings, and organizational health in previous roles.
Tara Nattrass
Tara, a career educator, currently serves as Chief Innovation Strategist, Education at Lenovo, where she focuses on reinventing education through innovative programs, professional learning, and emerging technologies. With over 20 years of experience in school districts and consultative roles at Dell Technologies and ISTE+ASCD, she has collaborated with educators to create transformative learning experiences. Tara actively supports the safe and responsible use of AI in education, leading AI Task Forces and serving on steering committees for Teach AI and the EdSafeAI Alliance.
Elizabeth Converse
Elizabeth Converse is the Director of Government Relations at SchoolAI, where she leads efforts across the nation to align education policy, AI innovation, and funding strategy. With over two decades of experience in politics and policy—including leadership of Utah’s technology trade association—she brings a deep understanding of how to navigate complex government systems and drive results.
Elizabeth is passionate about bridging the gap between good intentions and lasting impact. She works across the public and private sectors to ensure that transformative tools—like SchoolAI’s educator-first platform—get into the right hands at the right time, accelerating student success and educator capacity.
Matt Winters
Matthew Winters is the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Educational Specialist for USBE, the Utah State Board of Education. He was formerly a product manager and statewide trainer for Utah Education Network, specializing in Google Workspaces for Edu. He was also the Utah Coalition for Educational Technology (UCET) President for 2022-2024, our Utah ISTE affiliate. He was awarded the Education Innovation Award for Impact at ASU+GSV, one of the International Society for Technology in Education’s 20 to Watch in 2023, and one of District Administrator’s Top 100 Innovative Educators in 2025. He is a former English Language Arts teacher at the secondary and college level.
Jessica Pack
As a middle school teacher for 20 years and a California Teacher of the Year (2014), Jessica has continually worked to redefine what learning looks like in her classroom.
She is a published author in education and a passionate advocate for student creativity and responsible student use of artificial intelligence. Jessica’s teaching style fuses sound pedagogy, emerging technologies, and storytelling into dynamic, effective classroom instruction. She also provides freelance professional development for schools, districts, and organizations. As an Adobe Innovator, Jessica seeks to empower educators through her unique brand of storytelling creativity evangelism.
Georgia Terlaje
As an educator, speaker, and consultant, I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning. Through my work with Creative Classroom Coaching, working as an Instructional Coach and classroom teacher, I help educators integrate AI, digital storytelling, and inclusive instructional strategies to create engaging, student-centered experiences. With a strong background in digital storytelling in the classroom, I empower teachers to amplify student voices, foster belonging, and bring learning to life through multimedia creation. My expertise in AI in education, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and research-based instructional strategies informs my approach to professional development, keynote presentations, and hands-on workshops that inspire transformative teaching.
