Dr. Mark Covelle

Dr. Mark Covelle is the Administrative Director of Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, leading a high-performing career and technical center serving 1,100 students across four districts and 21 programs. With over 20 years in K-12 and CTE leadership, a doctorate from Drexel, and a Pennsylvania Superintendent Letter of Eligibility, he holds state and national roles in CTE organizations, speaks at major conferences, and is a founding member of The CTE Collective.

Jesse Lubinsky

Jesse Lubinsky is a Principal Education Evangelist at Adobe Inc. with a background of over two decades in the education space as an education technologist, teacher, and school administrator, as well as the co-author of Reality Bytes: Innovative Learning Using Augmented and Virtual Reality and The Esports Education Playbook: Empowering Every Learner Through Inclusive Gaming. Jesse is currently a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Manhattanville College. He is an Adobe Creative Educator, a CoSN Certified Education Technology Leader, an Adjunct Professor of Teacher Education at Ramapo College, and a founding member of the Adobe Creativity Crew. He is a frequent keynote speaker and presenter who has done presentations across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Australia. Nithin Ramachandran

Nithin Ramachandran is the Vice President for Data, Analytics, MDM and AI at 3M with oversight of 3M’s global data and AI footprint. Nithin has built out multiple industry-leading data and technology organizations, including research teams and startup accelerators, in various industries such as healthcare, retail and manufacturing. Nithin advices C-suite leaders, helping them cut through the hype, and execute pragmatic data driven strategies that create lasting shareholder value. He is also very passionate about the intersection of academia and industry, serving on advisory boards at multiple universities. He also is an avid researcher with multiple publications in the AI and Machine Learning research.
 
Nithin is an ardent minimalist with a focus on conscious living and an avid bicycle tourer. He graduated from Washington University in St Louis (MBA) and the National Institute of Technology, India (Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering).

Dr. Jing Shen

Jing Shen is a PepsiCo R&D AI/ML Director with a focus on enhancing product development, improving customer experience, and driving sustainability by leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. With 16 years of experience in PepsiCo, she has developed a unique perspective in designing, building, and deploying data-driven and AI solutions for multiple functional groups, including R&D, supply chain, sales, insights, marketing etc., in PepsiCo. Jing is passionate about leveraging the latest advances in AI/ML technologies to solve complex, real-world problems with measurable business impact. Furthermore, she is deeply committed to growing talents in the data science and food science communities through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
